Challenge the Mind, Challenge the Body

The Yoga Praise Challenge serves to help you reset: your mind, body, and spirit.  This program will help you spend time in God's presence daily, as you meditate on God's word during your practice.  Every day presents so many opportunities for us to get off balance.  We all have those moments where we realize we have been so busy that we begin to eat unhealthy, or we are so stressed that we skip the workout.  We have so many distractions that we scroll social media comparing ourselves to others, forgetting or leaving no time to spend with God.  


Through this challenge, you will create a discipline of spending regular time in the presence of God while creating a lifestyle of total wellness.  This program helps you refocus on making your relationship with God your number one priority, while creating a healthy lifestyle for your mind and body.
